This notice explains what happens to the details you send through the senditaul.com website. It covers the website only. Customer data inside the Senditaul platform is governed by each customer's contract.

What we collect

When you send the "Talk to us" form we receive your name, company, work email, country, the type of operation you run, what you run on today and anything you write in the notes. To stop spam, we also keep an anonymised code made from your IP address and your browser type. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

The "Try your data" tool reads your spreadsheet inside your browser. The file is not uploaded to us.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your request, arrange a walkthrough or migration review, and keep a record of our conversation with you. We don't sell your details or share them for marketing.

Where it is kept and for how long

Requests are stored on our website server and sent to our team mailbox. We delete website requests after two years unless you become a customer, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us, or withdraw your consent. Email Info@senditaul.com and we'll reply within 30 days.

يوضّح هذا الإشعار ما يحدث للبيانات التي ترسلها عبر موقع senditaul.com. يغطي الموقع فقط، أما بيانات العملاء داخل منصة سنديتول فيحكمها عقد كل عميل.

ما الذي نجمعه

عند إرسال نموذج «تواصل معنا» نستلم اسمك، وشركتك، وبريدك الإلكتروني للعمل، ودولتك، ونوع نشاطك، وما تعمل عليه حالياً، وأي ملاحظات تكتبها. ولمنع الرسائل المزعجة نحتفظ برمز مجهول الهوية مشتق من عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح. لا نستخدم أدوات تتبع إعلانية أو ملفات تعريف للتحليلات.

أداة «جرّب بياناتك» تقرأ ملفك داخل متصفحك، ولا يُرفع الملف إلينا.

لماذا نستخدمها

للرد على طلبك فقط، وترتيب جولة تعريفية أو مراجعة انتقال، والاحتفاظ بسجل تواصلنا معك. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية.

أين تُحفظ ولأي مدة

تُحفظ الطلبات على خادم موقعنا وتُرسل إلى بريد فريقنا. نحذف طلبات الموقع بعد سنتين ما لم تصبح عميلاً، أو قبل ذلك إن طلبت.

حقوقك

بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو سحب موافقتك. راسلنا على Info@senditaul.com وسنرد خلال ٣٠ يوماً.
